Easiest driving route is via the A1M, then the A64 to the York ring road.
Train connections throughout the day to York station.

Burtonfields Hall is a roughly 20-minute drive from York City Centre. The most straightforward route takes the A166, through Stamford Bridge.
There is plenty of free car parking on-site.

Uber is used in York, but not as much as in bigger cities.
Pre-booking with a taxi company is recommended.
Streamline and York Station Taxis are reliable. -
The closest bus stop to Burtonfields Hall is 'Stamford Bridge Battle Flats', which is a roughly 10-minute walk to the venue.
It is served by the number 10 bus from York centre.
The last bus back is at 22:25.
